RETURN POLICY

If the product you purchased contains one of the reasons listed below, you can contact us through any of the communication channels below for a RETURN & REFUND or EXCHANGES within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.

If the size of the product is wrong (If you ordered an M and got a size L or S)
If there is an item sizing error (not according to the item size guide), you can contact us with proof so we can proceed with the return.
When starting the Return and Exchange Process, customers must prove the reason for the product listed above. Proof can be made using photographs or video that clearly show the fault of the product.

RETURN & REFUND or EXCHANGE TIMING
Your product will be inspected for a maximum of 3 days after the return or exchange process has been initiated. At the end of the 3rd day at the latest, your return or exchange process will be answered.
You can return your product for a refund to a different product or original payment method. The actual shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable in most cases.
