We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we constantly strive to provide the highest quality products possible. We do not accept RETURNS and EXCHANGES except for the reasons listed below. If the product you purchased contains one of the reasons listed below, you can contact us through any of the communication channels below for a RETURN & REFUND or EXCHANGES within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- Quality problems of the product:
If a part of the product is missing, damaged, torn, sewing error, discolored,
- Wrong shipping of the product:
If the product is sent differently from the desired product.
If the size of the product is wrong (If you ordered an M and got a size L or S)
If there is an item sizing error (not according to the item size guide), you can contact us with proof so we can proceed with the return.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags of the merchandise must be attached.
When starting the Return and Exchange Process, customers must prove the reason for the product listed above. Proof can be made using photographs or video that clearly show the fault of the product.

RETURN & REFUND or EXCHANGE TIMING
Your product will be inspected for a maximum of 3 days after the return or exchange process has been initiated. At the end of the 3rd day at the latest, your return or exchange process will be answered.
You can return your product for a refund to a different product or original payment method. The actual shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable in most cases.
- Please note that we do not provide shipping labels on returns.
- Return shipping costs belong to our customers.
- Import duties/duties and customs fees are non-refundable.
RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
To return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or product you want. (We cannot guarantee that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchange.)
- Mail your return via e-mail to the address provided to you.
- Once your return has been received, your new items will be shipped at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
- A tracking number is required after sending it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the return service.
Refunds will be processed approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. (We recommend contacting your bank)
